"Every year Tanem Construction completes a project on our 100-year-old center colonial home. We've to make the current footprint of our home more useful. Adding walls, removing walls, removing radiators, adding and updating bathrooms, adding storage, a laundry room, and a wet bar with entertainment area when including our basement as part of our living space. On the outside, they did our stoop and fixed flashing on our roof in areas that caused leaks. As a woman with young children, I feel comfortable with them working in my home. Paul, Gene, and the team are pleasant and create a safe working environment!"
