The Showroom Experience
Tanem Construction Construction and Remodeling is excited to announce our exclusive Showroom Experience!
Whether you have a new construction home, a room or porch addition, or a residential renovation project, we provide the latest and best products on the market for every project. We partner with top vendors in the greater NY area for a state-of-the-art showroom experience.
It begins with your research for the project, often on websites such as Pinterest or Houzz. Then, we create a proposal, drawings, and an estimated budget for your project.
With that information in hand, we’ll set appointments with our showroom partners. You’ll have a hands-on experience with each project component.
Once you’ve made your final selections, Tanem Construction will consolidate the information into an easy-to-read document called the Showroom Selections Addendum. We’ll provide a summary page outlining the selections and final budget totals.
When you sign off and pay, Tanem Construction will order your materials immediately. Deadlines will be established based on several variables, including delivery time, construction time, and other factors specific to your project.
Finally, we’ll begin and complete the construction or remodeling for your project.
